    The packaging is so smart, each day is its own little pouch so theres no thinking involved. I take it when I wake up and thats it. They taste really good too which is a bonus. Its only been a few weeks but the shedding has already calmed down alot.

    Started folly and its been easy to keep up with which honestly was the main thing I cared about because I barely have time to brush my teeth some days.     Better than pills

    These actually taste like sour candy though?? I have the sour tropical fruit and its genuinley good, not "good for a vitamin" good. Want to give it more time before I say its changed my hair but the fact that I look foward to taking a supplement is kind of a miracle.
